摘  要:目的:探讨微血管密度(MVD)及VEGF、TGFβ1表达与肺癌转移和预后之间的关系,分析VEGF、TGFβ1共同表达在预测肺癌预后上的意义。方法:对病理确诊的原发性肺癌89例,按有无淋巴结转移、远处转移及5年生存期限分别分组,并进行MVD计数和VEGF、TGFβ1免疫组化染色。染色结果进行统计学分析,结合随访资料探讨MVD及VEGF、TGFβ1与肺癌转移预后中的作用。结果:MVD与淋巴结转移、远处转移密切相关(P<0.01),在肺癌5年生存期限上MVD的差别也有显著意义(P<0.01)。TGFβ1表达在淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01);有远处转移组TGFβ1、VEGF表达也明显高于无远处转移组肺癌的表达(P<0.01);VEGF、TGFβ1共同表达5年以上生存组明显低于5年以下生存组。结论:MVD及VEGF、TGFβ1表达是预测肺癌淋巴结转移和远处转移及预后的良好指标。VEGF、TGFβ1共同表达可以促进肺癌血管形成和肿瘤细胞转移。Objective:To investigate the assciation of micro-vessel density(MVD)and the expression of VEGF,TGHβ 1 with prognosis and metastasis and analyze the significance of co-ex-pression of VEGF,TGFβ 1 on predicting the prognosis in lung cancer.Methods:Selecting89cas-es of primary lung cancer under pathological diagnosis and arranging these tumor with lypho node metastasis or not,distant metastasis or not and5-year survival and taking count of micro vessel.The expression of VEGF and TGFβ 1 were detcted by immunohistochemistry stain followed by sta-tistical analysis.Then MVD,VEGF and TGFβ 1 expression were assessed in prognosis and metas-tasis of lung cancer.Results:MVD is closely associated with lympho node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.01).There is significance of MVD in group of5-year survival(P<0.01).there are also significance of TGFβ 1 in group with lympho node metastasis or not and VEGF,TGFβ 1 ex-pression in group with distant metastasis or not retrospectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:MVD and VEGF,TGFβ 1 expression are indictors of predicting the lympho node metastasis,distant metastsis and prognosis.We conclude that the co-expression of VEGF and TGFβ 1 can promote angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation in lung cancer.
