摘　　要：提出了一种采用饱和电感拓宽零电压软开关范围的新型电路拓扑,论述为其设计的模糊—峰值双闭环恒流控制模式的工作原理,并成功地将它和移相控制软开关技术相融合,成功研制的新型软开关弧焊逆变器动态响应速度快,静态设置精度高,实现了全范围软开关。In this paper,a novel PS-FB-ZVS topology by adopting saturable inductor to widen soft-switching range is proposed.and the principle of the fuzzy-peak double closed loop constant current control system is illuminated,which is associated with the research of phase-shifted soft-switching arc welding converter successfully to produce a novel soft-switching arc welding inverter with fast dynamic responsibility,high accuracy and full range soft-switching.
