银环蛇毒素及其基因工程研究进展

摘　　要：文章阐述了银环蛇毒素的特性、成分、蛋白质结构及其 c DNA和基因组 DNA,以及各种银环蛇毒素的克隆和表达研究概况。α,β、κ和γ-银环蛇毒素在结构上具有高度的同源性 ,在应用研究方面具有特殊的功能 ,主要应用在医学药理学、分子生物学和分子免疫学等方面。由于银环蛇毒分子量小 ,活性强 。It has explained characteristics,ingredients,protein structures,cDNA,genome DNA about bungarotoxins from Bungarus multicinctus in this paper,as well as progesses of research for cloning and expression of several bungarotoxins.In structure,alpha,beta,kappa and gamma bungarotoxin are high homology,but they have special functions, repectively. They are mainly applied to medical pharmacology, molecular biology and immunology, and so on. It has important meaning that taking advantage of genetic engineering develops bungarotoxins products.
