摘　　要：本文探讨了由大丽花块根生产果糖浆的前景。大丽花块根中含有丰富的菊糖。每公斤大丽花块根经水解后制得的果糖浆中果糖含量为0.64kg。这一研究表明:大丽花不仅是一种很好的观赏植物,而且也是一种很有利用价值的糖源植物。In this paper, the potential for the production of fructose syrups from dahlia tubers is studied. Dahlia tubers contain a considerable amount of inulin, and 0.64kg fructose is obtained from 1 kg dahlia tubers hydrolysed. The result proves that dahlia is not only a plant for beautifying the environment, but also a plant for sugar source of practical value.
