谷氨酰胺对饲喂生大豆的仔猪抗氧化能力和肝、肠组织中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶活性的影响  被引量:20

摘  要:选 18头 2 8日龄断奶、体重相近的大长北公仔猪 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组 6头于代谢笼中进行试验。按等氮等能的原则平衡各组日粮 ,基础日粮含 5 %的生大豆 ,对照组添加 1%谷氨酸、试验I组添加 1%的谷氨酰胺、试验II组添加 2 %的谷氨酰胺。试验结果表明 ,日粮中添加谷氨酰胺可明显增加血浆还原型谷胱甘肽 (glutathione,GSH)含量 ,并具有剂量依赖性。试验II组仔猪 35日龄时血浆还原型谷胱甘肽含量极显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,4 2日龄时血浆还原型谷胱甘肽含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,试验I组仔猪 35日龄时血浆还原型谷胱甘肽含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但 4 9日龄时血浆、肝脏、脾脏、肠道和肠系膜淋巴结中还原型谷胱甘肽含量各组间则无明显差异。两试验组脾脏和肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase ,SOD)含量比对照组高 ,但差异不显著。添加谷氨酰胺对肝蛋白无显著影响 ,但明显降低肝脏中γ 谷氨酰转肽酶 (γ glutamyltranspeptidase ,γ GT)活性 ,试验II组仔猪肝蛋白中γ 谷氨酰转肽酶活性显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。两试验组十二指肠组织中γ 谷氨酰转肽酶也显著低于对照组 ,试验II组回肠γ 谷氨酰转肽酶活性显著低于试验I组 (P <0 .0 5 )。而空肠中γ 谷氨酰转肽酶活性各组?Eighteen piglets weaned at 28 day old were randomly divided into 3 groups fed with basal diet added with (1% glutamate, 1% and 2% glutamine, supplementation). The basal diet contained 5% raw soybean. The diets were calculated to be isonitrogenous and isoenergetic. The level of plasma GSH increased markedly in piglets fed glutamine, and the response was related to dose. In treatment Ⅰand Ⅱ, the level of plasma GSH was significantly higher than that in control at 35 days of age ( P <0.05); The level of plasma GSH in treatment II was significantly higher than that in control at the age of 42 days ( P <0.05). At the 49 days of age, there was no significant difference of the level of GSH in plasma, liver, spleen, intestine and mesenteric lymph node. There was a trend for the level of SOD in liver and spleen to rise with glutamine dosage, but no significant difference in two treatments. Dietary glutamine supplementation decreasedγ GT activities in liver, but no significant differences in liver protein. The activities of γ GT of liver protein in treatment II were significantly lower than that in control ( P <0.05). The activities of γ GT of duodenum in treatment I and II were also significantly lower than control ( P <0.05). But there were no significant differences of the activities of γ GT in jejunum and ileum. The results showed that dietary glutamine supplementation increased the level of plasma GSH, and decreased γ GT activities in liver and duodenum.
