摘  要:首先研究了不同组成的MgO-TiO2-CaO(MTC)系统的介电性能。偏钛酸镁(MgTiO3)具有正温度系数。钛酸钙具有较大的负温度系数,用它来调整钛酸镁系统的温度系数以使其趋近于零。同时向系统中加入玻璃,玻璃在烧结中形成液相,加速MTC系统的烧结并改善其介电性能。获得了一种性能良好的零温度系数陶瓷材料。In this paper, the structure and the dielectric properties of MgO-TiO_2-CaO (MTC) system of different composition were studied. CaTiO_3,which has a larger negative temperature coefficient of dielectric constant, was added to the MgTiO_3 system, which has a large positive one to adjust the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant to zero. A kind of necessary glass was added to the systems. It formulated liquid phase in the sintering process, promoted the sintering of the MTC ceramics and improved the dielectric properties. A ceramic material with zero temperature coefficient is obtained.
