摘  要:利用传统的混合氧化法制备BaO-TiO2系统陶瓷。通过添加适量的玻璃,系统的烧结温度在其介电性未降低的条件下被成功地降至950°C。该文也研究了玻璃的数量和预烧温度对介电性能的影响。按0.64BaTi4O9+0.33ZnO+0.03Nb2O5+xSnO2+yMnCO3(x=0.01~0.06,y=0.01~0.8)配方,在预烧温度为1110°C和烧结温度为950°C时,有以下的微波特性:其介电常数εr为32.2,介质损耗tanδ为1.5×10-4。这种系统陶瓷能与纯Ag电极共烧,使得MLCC的成本极大地降低了。In this paper, BaO-TiO_2 system ceramics were prepared by traditional mixed oxide method. By adding a proper amount of glass, the sintering temperature of the system was successfully lowed to 950 °C without deteriorating its dielectric properties. The effects of the amount of glass and the calcination temperature on the dielectric properties were also investigated. When calcined at 1 110 °C and sintered at 950 °C, the composition of 0.62BaTi_4O_9+ 0.35ZnO+0.03Nb_2O_5+xSnO_2+yMnCO_3(x=0.01~0.06, y=0.01~0.8) has the following microwave characteristics:ε_r= 32.2, tan δ=1.5×10^(-4). The system ceramics can be cofired with pure Ag electrode, which can reduce the cost of MLCC greatly.
