摘　　要：[背景 ]探讨颅内肿瘤的临床类型及治疗效果 .[病例报告 ]对在 1996年 10月～ 2 0 0 2年 10月间住院治疗的 2 2 0例颅内肿瘤病人的肿瘤类型、部位及疗效进行分析及总结 .2 2 0例颅内肿瘤均为通过手术及病理检查确诊的病例 ;颅内肿瘤中胶质瘤最多见 ,其次为脑膜瘤 ;胶质瘤复发率高 .[讨论BACKGROUNDTo investigate the types of intracranial tumors and the effects of clinical treatment. ?CASE REPORT?To analyze and summarize the clinical types, treatment and prognosis in 220 cases of intracranial tumors from October, 1996 to October, 2002. After operation and pathological examination, the most types of intracranial tumors were the glioma and meningioma, the second was the pituitary adenoma. It was difficult to treat the glioma because of its high recurrence rate until now.?DISCUSSION?The treatment of intracranial tumors is surgery management firstly.
