摘　　要：[背景 ]传统的药物疗法对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效不确切、复发率高 .[病例报告 ]分析自 1999年 4月到 2 0 0 2年 4月间经眼底荧光血管造影检查确诊并接受激光治疗的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 30 0例 ,治愈率达 87 1% .[讨论 ]激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变时封闭渗漏点确切 ,治疗时间短 ,复发率低 。BACKGROUNDThe curative effects of conventional medication for central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCRP) were uncertain and the recurrence rate was high.?CASE REPORT?It was analyzed that 300 cases of CSCRP diagnosed with the FFA and treated with laser from April, 1999 to April, 2002. The rate of heal was 87 1%.?DISCUSSION?To treat the CSCRP by laser is the best therapy of obturating the leakage dot correctly, curing for a short time, low recurrence rate, trustiness.
