精神分裂症患者外周血淋巴细胞微核率和核仁组成区的探讨

摘  要:目的 探讨精神分裂症的发生与染色体不稳定性及机体的免疫之间的关系。方法 对 12 0例精神分裂症患者和 5 0例正常人进行外周血淋巴细胞微核率及银染核仁组成区 (AgNORs)的观察。结果 精神分裂症患者外周血淋巴细胞微核率比正常人组显著增高 ,并随病期延长而增高 (P <0 0 1)。银染核仁组成区 (AgNORs)的颗粒数比正常人组显著增多 ,并随病期延长而增多(P <0 0 1)。Objective To study relationship between chromosome un-stability and schizophrenia development. Methods Micronucleolus and silver-stained nucleolar organized regions (AgNOR) in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 120 patients with schizophrenia and 50 healthy persons were tested. Results The frequency of micronucleolus and the number of the AgNOR in schizophrenics were higher than those in the control(P<0 01). The longer was the course of the diseae, the higher were the frequency of micronucleolus and the number of the AgNOR(P<0 01). Conclusions Micronucleolus and AgNOR of the peripheral blood lymphocytes may be used to analyse relationship between DNA damage, immunity and schizophrenia development.
