摘　　要：面对新的军事变革和军队体制编制改革调整,军队医院必须正确处理和把握改革发展中的一些关系和矛盾,因势利导、趋利避害,即正确处理面向“战场”与适应“市场”的关系;正确处理以医疗为中心与教学科研协调发展的关系;正确处理发展优势学科与其他学科协作俱进的关系;正确处理打造技术优势与强化基础医疗质量的关系;正确处理人才自主培养与大力引进的关系;正确处理渐进推进与重点突破的关系;正确处理快速发展与统筹发展的关系。In front of military reform and adjustment of military authorized system, military hospital should deal with the relations and contradictions in development. Improve the occasion to avoid defect. Deal with relations between confronting battle field and adapting market, focusing medical treatment and developing with teaching and scientific research, developing advanced subject and cooperating with other subjects, building advantage of tech and enforcing basic medical quality, training talents and introducing talents, development step by step and braking through in key point, rapid development and integrated development.
