摘　　要：开滦荆各庄热水采暖系统98年以前采用普通阀门调节流量,定量困难,由于在检修过程中频繁开关,导致调节功能失效,供暖用户冷热不均。自98年后逐步改用了自力式流量控制器进行流量控制,改后,在使用过程中解决了以往存在的各种问题,实现了节能节水的效果。Before 1998,the heating system in Jinggezhuang Colliery used to adopt common valve to regulate the flow. It was difficult to determine the current quantity. So some users felt hot and others felt cold in their room, just because the valve was frequently closed and open during the maintenance so as to lose the function of regulation. After 1998, the self - adjusting flow device gradually replaced old ones, and solved all the problems previously existed to come up to the effect of saving energy and water.
