摘　　要：通过对我国上市公司股利分配行为特征的描述,阐述上市公司股利分配中存在的问题,分析其产生的原因,提出改善我国上市公司股利分配行为的政策建议。According to the character description of the distribution action of dividends in China′s listed companies,this paper expatiates on the problems exi sted in the distribution action of dividends in listed companies,analyses its ca use,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the policy of the distributi on action of dividends in listed companies.
