摘 要:分别用0mg/m3、1mg/m3、2mg/m3、3mg/m3的甲醛对10名受试者进行眼部控制暴露,暴露时间5min,测定暴露前后鼻腔灌洗液中P物质含量.结果表明,甲醛暴露后鼻腔灌洗液中P物质含量增加,尤其是3mg/m3甲醛暴露组P物质含量增加尤为显著(p<0.05).这说明甲醛刺激眼部三叉神经末梢后,会通过局部轴突反射,引起鼻腔内的三叉神经末梢释放P物质.因此P物质可作为评价甲醛急性刺激效应的分子生物标志物.Ten subjects' eyes were exposed to formaldehyde at different doses ((0 mg/m^3,) 1 mg/m^3, 2 mg/m^3, 3 mg/m^3) for five minutes. The content of substance P in the nasal lavage were determined by radio immune assay (RIA). The results showed that the content of substance P increased after exposures, especially during the exposure of 3 mg/m^3 formaldehyde (p<0.05). This maybe explained that formaldehyde could stimulate trigeminal nerve ends of the eyes, which would release substance P from its nasal branches through axon reflex. So we can take the substance P as the molecular biomarker of acute irritation by formaldehyde to investigate the biologic effect of formaldehyde.
