摘　　要：实施电力需求侧管理可以提高终端用电效率,削峰填谷。通过对现有的政策与制度进行分析比较,提出在需求侧管理的实施过程中,要为需求侧管理创造良好的政策法律法规环境,对实施各方进行激励,同时还要解决资金的来源问题;调整当前的政策法规,可以推进电力需求侧管理的顺利实施。Implementation of power demand side management may increase the electricity effi-cien cy of termi nal user,and shift the peak load to the valley.Through comparison with the pre-sent policy and system,to reform the present system could promote the application of demand side man agement.During the application process of demand side management ,we should provide a good policy,law and regulations surrounding,conduct the stimulation to the each party in-volved in the activity and resolve the problem of fund resources.Through the adjusting of the present policy and regulations and providing the potent surroundings,it may advance the smooth execution of power demand side management.
