摘　　要：目的探讨穿透性角膜移植(PK)术治疗角膜白斑的疗效、并发症及处理方法。方法对78例(78眼)角膜白斑患者行穿透性角膜移植术,并观察3～16月,对并发症即时给予药物及手术治疗。结果术后视力较术前明显提高,差异有显著性,P<0.01。随访3～16月植片透明69眼(88%),半透明9眼(12%),排斥反应13眼(17%),继发青光眼7眼(9%)。结论PK术是治疗角膜白斑提高视力的最佳方法,手术成功率取决于植床条件、植片质量、手术技巧及并发症处理。Aim To study penetrating keratoplasty (PK) in treatment of leucoma in terms of its therapeutic effects, complications as well as management of the co mplications. Methods A total of 78 cases (78 eyes) of leucoma were treated with PK and followed up for 3 to 16 months. Complications were managed with medicin es or operations. Results Visual acuity after the treatment was significantly b etter than that before (P <0.01). During the follow-up, the graft remained trans parent in 69 eyes (88%), semi-transparent in 9 eyes (12%) and was rejected in 13 eyes (16.67%); secondary glaucoma developed in 7 eyes (9%). Conclusion PK is t he optimal treatment for leucoma. Its success depends on the condition of the gr afting bed, the graft quality, the operational skills and management of complica tions.
