摘　　要：视神经炎(opticneuritis,ON)是一组由病毒感染引起的,以视神经纤维脱髓鞘为特征的自身免疫性疾病。视神经炎与多发硬化关系密切。本文就影响视神经炎发展成为多发硬化的因素及细胞因子在多发硬化中所起的作用,综述如下。Optic neuritis (ON), caused by viral infection, refers to a group of a utoimmune diseases with the characteristic of demylination of the optic fiber. I t is closely related to multiple sclerosis (MS). This paper reviews the risk fac tors for MS development after ON as well as the role of cytokine in MS developm ent.
