白内障术中房水污染情况观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察白内障术中房水污染情况,探讨预防眼内炎的措施。方法103例白内障手术患者,分别在手术消毒前及术后1d拆开眼垫换药前采集结膜囊标本,在手术结束拆除无菌巾前采集房水标本,进行细菌培养,并对3次细菌培养结果进行分析。结果手术消毒前、手术结束时及术后1d细菌培养阳性率分别为1.0%,1.0%和4.8%。结论尽管术前已预防性使用抗生素,术前加强消毒措施,术中严格无菌技术等,但结膜囊中,甚至房水中仍然可能存在细菌,随时有可能导致眼内炎发生。因此应加强局部抗生素的应用。Aim To investigate the measure of preventing endophthalmitis by abser ving the infection of aqueous humor during cataract operation. Methods In a tot al of 103 cases of cataract, conjunctival sac samples were taken before steriliz ation and on the first day after operation and aqueous humor samples at the end of operation. Germiculture were performed on the samples and the results were an alyzed. Results Bacterial growth rates were 1.0% before sterilization, 1.0% at the end of operation and 4.8% one day after operation respectively. Conclusion Despite antibiotics before operation and aseptic technique during operation, bac teria may still exist in conjunctiva sac or even in aqueous humor, which may ind uce endophthalmitis. Therefore usage of localantibiotics should be strengthened.
