摘　　要：目的对9例人工晶状体植入术后并发视网膜脱离进行临床分析和研究。方法依据不同的白内障术式所发生的视网膜脱离的情况,我们采取两种术式给予治疗。结果其中8例视网膜复位,术中取出人工晶状体1例,术后发生人工晶状体移位1例,治疗效果尚可。结论人工晶状体植入可能发生视网膜脱离,应尽早采取合适手术方式进行治疗。Aim To analyze 9 cases of retinal detachment after implantation of in traocular lens. Methods Two types of operation were performed on the basis of r etial detachments caused by different cataract operations. Results Retinal repo sition occured in 8 cases. Intraocular lens was taken out during operation and w as translocated after operation in 1 case. Conclusion Intraocular lens implanta tion may cause retial detachment. The diagnosis and treatment is difficult and t hus should be performed with proper manner as early as possible.
