摘　　要：目的观察羊膜移植联合板层角膜移植术治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法采用羊膜移植联合板层角膜移植术治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者15例(16眼),术后辅以地塞米松及环孢霉素A眼液局部治疗,观察羊膜植片生长情况、视力及病情有无复发。术后随访10～18(平均12)月。结果15例(16眼)蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者术后均未见角膜病变复发,羊膜植片生长良好,未见脱落及溶解,无新生血管长入,视力有不同程度的提高。结论羊膜移植联合板层角膜移植术可有效治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡,防止病变复发。Aim To evaluate the clinical effect of amniotic membrane transplantat ion (AMT) with lamellar keratoplasty (LKP) for treatment of Mooren's ulcer. Meth ods AMT with LKP was performed on 15 cases of Mooren's ulcer (16 eyes). Dexamet hasone and cyclosporine A eyedrops were used postoperatively. Amniotic membrane growth, visual acuity and recurrence were observed. All the patients were follow ed-up for 10 to 18 months (mean, 12 months). Results Of the 16 eyes, there was no recurrent ulcer. Neovascularization, progressive amniotic membrane melting an d shedding were not seen during the follow-up. Visual acuity was improved to var ious degrees. Conclusion AMT with LKP can effectively treat Mooren's ulcer and prevent recurrence.
