膝关节肿瘤人工假体置换术后围手术期康复

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节周围骨恶性肿瘤切除人工关节置换术的围手术期功能恢复相关的康复治疗。方法:全膝关节置换42例,半膝关节置换8例。术后分4个阶段采用不同的康复计划进行功能训练。结果:采用关节活动度,疼痛及功能恢复情况进行评定。出院时活动度均在90°～110°。平均随访半年,膝关节功能恢复正常,行走自如,无痛,膝关节活动度在140°左右者36例,膝关节功能基本正常,行走自如,无痛或偶有疼痛,膝关节活动度在110°者10例,膝关节活动度在90°～110°者4例。结论:人工膝关节置换术是一种治疗膝关节周围骨恶性肿瘤较好的保肢方法,有计划地康复治疗有助于肢体功能的早期恢复。AIM:To investigate rehabilitative treatment related to perioperativel rec over of knee arthroplasty in the malignan t tumor of knee.METHODS:Patients treated with total knee arthroplasty was 42and uni-compartmental knee arthroplastry w as 8.Functional training with diffe rent programs were performed in four pe riods after surgery.RESULTS:The extension and flexion spheres of knee activit y were 90°-110°after discharge.The patients made obvious progress in th eir knee ra nge of motion(ROM),pain,postural control after posto perative ex er-cise.According to the follow-up of half a year observation averagely,pati ents with walking flexibly,no pains and k nee activity of about 140°were 3 6,an d patients with nearly normal knee joi nt founction,walking flexibly,li ttle pains,and knee activity of 110°and 90°-110°were 10and 4resp ectively.The artificial knee arthoplasty is a n effective therapy o f limb salvage surgery for malignent t umor of knee.The predetermined prog ram of physical therapy is safe to early r ehabilitation for joint function.
