摘　　要：我国的产权交易市场诞生于改革开放后的20世纪80年代,在各地方政府的推动下,到2003年全国共有各类地方产权交易机构近170家,区域性产权交易共同市场3家。由于各方面的原因。In our country property right business market came into being in the 1980's after the reform and opening. It had made great progress under the promotion of each local government. But on account of many causes, territorial uniform market hasn't been formed by far in the whole nation. As to innovatively developing the territorial properly right market and establishing the supervision system of territorial property right market in China, this article will bring forward some ideas.
