摘　　要：医疗纠纷证据的收集已经成为医疗机构的一项崭新而又十分重要的工作 ,然而 ,这项工作却是医疗机构管理工作中的一个薄弱环节。为此 ,医疗机构必须重视这项工作 ,学会及时合法地收集和保全证据 ,使收集的证据具有证明效力 ,依法维护自身的合法权益。Collection of evidences of medical dissension has been a new and important work for medical institutions. However, it is a weak link in medical institution management. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to this work for medical institutions and to learn to timely and legally collect and maintain the evidences and make them effective to maintain self-legal rights.
