摘　　要：近20年随着高新技术发展步伐加快,社会基本单位已经发生深刻的变革,特别是一些高价值企业,基本单位已经完全不同于过去金字塔式的结构,而是变成一种网络形式,解决问题者、识别问题者和战略经纪人成为这种基本单位的主宰者。近年来高新技术产业的发展,与基本单位形式的改变也具有密不可分的联系,因此,高价值企业的研究对未来经济发展具有十分重要的意义。In the recent 20 years,with the high-tech development,the social units have been changed greatly,especially the high-priced enterprises.Now the basic units differ from the structures of the past,the net pattern.And the dominators of these units are the persons who solve the problems,who identify the problems and the strategical broker.The development of high-tech industry is linked with the change of the basic units.Therefore,the research for the high-priced enterprises has an important sense for the economic development.
