氩离子激光治疗睑黄瘤

摘　　要：目的:利用氩离子激光治疗睑黄瘤。方法:利用光纤传导激光能量,对29例睑黄瘤患者的62个睑黄瘤进行汽化烧灼,以去除黄色瘤组织。结果:经过2年追踪观察,除1例(1.6%)有轻微瘢痕、4例(6.5%)有睑黄瘤复发外其余26位患者(57个睑黄瘤)创面愈合完好,均无瘢痕形成,无色素沉着,治愈率91.9%。结论:本疗法是治疗睑黄瘤的一种安全、有效的方法。Purpose: To treat palpebra xanthelasma with Ar+ laser. Materials and methods: Using laser energy transmitted by optical-fiber, vapor-burn the palpebra xanthelasma of 29 patients (62 xanthelasmas). Result: After 2 years follow-up observation, excepting one case (1.6%)have a minor scar and four case (6.5%) recurred, all of the palpebra xanthelasma of the 26 patients(57 cases)were completely removed, no visible scar and coloration were observed. The curerate was 91.9%. Conclusion: Treatment of palpebra xanthelasma with Ar+ laser is an effective, safe method.
