摘 要:用微电解法对制糖及啤酒等食品工业废水进行了处理。在焦碳粒与铁屑构成的微电池的作用下 ,废水中难生化的有机污染物被分解成为容易生化分解的小分子有机物。同时 ,铁屑腐蚀产生吸附能力很强的Fe(OH) 2 及Fe(OH) 3活性胶体絮状物可以将废水中的悬浮物和微电池反应产生的不溶物及一些有机物质吸附 ,以共沉淀形式或载带吸附形式除去。试验证明 :当进水pH =4~ 5 ,铁屑用量 12 % ,反应时间为 10min时 ,静态小试微电解法的除污能力在 70 %以上 ;微电解法与UASB台架组合流程的除污能力达到 90 %以上。Wastewater from food industries such as sugar refining and beer making is processed by micro electrolysis. Organic pollutants which are difficult to decomposed biochemically can be decomposed into biochemically decomposed small molecular organic matters by the effect of micro battery consisting of iron filings and carbon granules. At the same time, the iron filings are corroded to form active colloidal flocci of Fe(OH) 2 and Fe(OH) 3, which can absorb suspended matters, insoluble matters produced by the reaction of micro battery and some organic matters, there by removing them by co precipitation or carrier adsorption. The small static tests show that at pH=4~5, a iron fillings ratio of 12% and a reation time of 10 min, above 70% pollutants can be removed by micro electrolysis and above 90% pollutants can be removed by the combined flowsheet of micro electrolysis and UASB.
