摘 要:利用共轭曲面原理和齿轮啮合原理对以离散点表达的二维数字化齿面的展成加工进行了研究。应用该方法,以二维非标准数字化齿面的展成加工为实例,通过仿真计算,获得了实际展成加工中的加工参数,以及实际所展成加工的齿面。该方法对于完善合面加工理论,并应用于实际的二维齿面的滚齿、插齿、磨齿等加工工艺,具有重要的理论价值和应用价值。By the aid of theory of conjugate surfacesand theory of gear meshing, the generation of two dimen-sional digital tooth surfaces presented by discrete pointswas investigated. The essence was to reveal the conjugat-ing motion relations between the known Cutter surfacesthat described by the analytical expressions and theknown two dimensional digital gear surfaces that present-ed by discrete points. Taking the generating of two di-mensional digital tooth surfaces as an example, we obtainthe machining parameters and the practical tooth surfacesby means of simulations and calculations. This methodpossesses important theoretical and practical values inperfecting the theory of gear machining and its applica-tions to gear hobbing, gear grinding and soon.
