摘　　要：目的 :评价板层巩膜下双咬切术治疗急性闭角型青光眼发作后持续高眼压状态的疗法。方法 :作板层巩膜下床内后切口缓放房水 ,联合后巩膜咬切及小梁切除术 ,治疗 2 5例 2 5眼。结果 :术后 1周平均眼压 18mmHg ,术后 3个月平均眼压17mmHg。全部病例随访 3个月无浅前房低眼压现象。结论 :板层巩膜下双咬切术治疗急性闭角型青光眼发作后持续高眼压 ,降眼压效果好 ,并发症少 。Objective: To evaluate te therapeutic effect of Lamellar Subscleral Trabeculectomy in managing the persistent high intraocular pressure sate after acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods: 25 eyes of 25 cases of high intraocular pressure continuously after the glaucoma breaks out were treated with Lamellar Subscleral release aqueous humor slow, and subscleral trabeculectomy. Results: One week after surgery, the intraocular pressure was 18mmHg on average, it was 17mmHg three months after surgery. All the patients were followed up for 3 mouths, there was no phenomenon of low Intraocular Pressure. Conclusion: Lamellar Subscleral Trabeculectomy has a good intraocular pressure reducing effect in treating High Intraocular Pressure Continuously After the Glaucoma Breaks Out, the therapeutic effect is good and there are less Complications.
