摘　　要：ISO9000:2000标准和CMMI是当前两个最流行的质量保证体系。针对二者的联系和区别,本文以八项质量管理原则为中心,从过程改进的基本原理出发,阐述了八项质量管理原则在质量管理体系中的地位和作用,研究了过程方法和IDEAL模型的共同点和区别:并分析了八项质量管理原则在CMMI模型中的具体体现。为组织理解和应用CMMI奠定了基础。ISO9000:2000 and CMMI are the most popular quality assurance systems.
