摘 要:用氧化铈对Pd/Al2 O3 进行了表面修饰 ,考察了氧化铈对钯催化剂氧化活性和热稳定性的影响。结果显示 ,氧化铈能促进单钯催化剂对模拟尾气中CO和C3 H6的氧化活性。由于氧化铈具有较强的贮 放氧能力 ,所以加宽了还原环境下 (λ>1 )氧化反应的操作窗口。此外 ,氧化铈的修饰可以提高Pd粒子在Al2 O3 表面的热稳定性 ,这可能是由于钯与氧化铈在高温下发生相互作用形成了更加稳定的Pdδ + 物种的缘故。The effects of cerium oxide on the catalytic activity and the thermal stability of Pd/Al 2O 3 were investigated. It was found that the cerium oxide improved the performance of Pd/Al 2O 3 catalysts in removal of CO and C 3H 6 from simulated exhaust gas. The cerium oxide could widen the operation-window of oxidation reaction under reduction conditions (λ>1) due to its high oxygen storage-release capacity. Moreover, a great advantage of cerium oxide as a promoter is that it stabilizes the dispersion of Pd particles on the surface of Al 2O 3 during the sintering process. It may be due to the interaction of Pd with cerium oxide to form a Pd δ+ species which are more stable than Pd 0 at high temperature.
