摘  要:目的 研究氟对奶山羊自由基、脂质代谢的影响。方法 以奶山羊为实验动物 ,按体重灌服氟化钠复制奶山羊氟中毒模型 ,研究氟对奶山羊自由基、脂质代谢的影响。结果 氟离子是呼吸爆发的有效激活剂 ,可促进机体生成氧自由基和一氧化氮自由基 (NO) ,对机体造成一系列损伤。结论 氟可影响奶山羊自由基、脂质代谢 ,表现出氟中毒的各种症状 ,构成了氟损伤机体的病理学基础。Objective To observe the effect of floride to free radical metabolism in dairy goat.Methods Twelve dairy goats were divided into two study groups.GroupⅠ was traeated as control and groupⅡ was fed sodium fluoride(NaF) orally according to their body weight.After 12 months of fluoride dosing, goats of groupⅡ showed clinical signs of fluorosis and all goats were euthanized and their tissues and blood samples were taken for analyses.Results The molecular mechanism of fluorosis in goats was that fluorine induces excessive oxygen,nitrogen free radical and lipid peroxides.Conclusions Fluoride can disturbs the free radical metabolism and cause pathological damage in dairy goats.
