超声引导经皮肝内注射高温蒸馏水致肝坏死的病理学改变

摘　　要：目的 :通过超声引导经皮犬肝内注射高温蒸馏水 ,观察局部肝组织的病理学改变。方法 :5只健康家犬 ,肝内分别注射高温蒸馏水 5ml、10ml,观察即刻、1天、3天、7天的病理学改变。结果 :高温蒸馏水肝内注射后 ,肝组织早期即出现坏死的形态学改变 ,坏死区大小随剂量而不同。 7天后观察 ,肝组织可见大片凝固性坏死 ,周边包膜形成。结论 :高温蒸馏水引起肝坏死确切、有效 ,为其临床应用进一步提供了理论依据。Objective: To study the histological changes of dog's liver by injecting hot distilled water (HDW) under the guide of ultrosonography.Methods:Five dogs were treated with 5ml,10ml HDW.Study the histological changes after the treatment at moment,1,3,and 7 day.Results:The liver necrosis took place at once after the injection of HDW. The areas of necrosis varies with the HDW.There are obvious coagulative necrosis after 7 days and membrane eveloped the necrosis areas.Conclusion:HDW can result in liver necrosis,which further provide theoretical basis for its clinical use.
