复方蜂参口服液对衰老小鼠免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨复方蜂参口服液对衰老小鼠免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。方法　采用多因素多水平对比研究。以小鼠碳粒廓清指数为指标观察复方蜂参口服液对小鼠单核吞噬细胞系统吞噬功能的影响 ,以血清和肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量为指标来评价复方蜂参口服液对小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。结果　复方蜂参口服液连续灌胃给药 3周后 ,小鼠的碳粒廓清能力明显提高。复方蜂参口服液连续灌胃 6周后血清和肝SOD明显升高、MDA明显降低。结论　复方蜂参口服液对衰老小鼠单核吞噬细胞系统的吞噬功能有促进作用 。Objective To investigate the effects of compound FengShen oral juice on immune function and antioxidative ability in aging mice. Methods To study the effects of compound FengShen oral juice on phagocytosis and antioxidative ability in mice, the clearance index of charcoal particles and the contents of SOD and MDA in serum and liver were assessed. Results After three weeks of continual intragastric gavage with compound FengShen oral juice, the clearance of charcoal particles in mice began to improve significantly. After six weeks of gavage, the content of SOD in serum and liver was increased and that of MDA was decreased significantly. Conclusion The compound FengShen oral juice can improve the phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte system and boost the ablity of antioxidation in aging mice.
