摘　　要：针对高速精密激光内雕机,本文介绍了双位置闭环控制系统设计方案,分析了系统的稳定性及产生的跟随误差,并对实现信息化轨迹误差校正的检测装置进行了概述。最后,简述了实现两轴联动的数字积分法——DOA直线插补算法。The design of double position closed-loop controlling system concerning high-speed precise laser sub-marker is introduced. The stability of the system and the following error are analyzed in this article. Meanwhile, it gives a brief account of the detecting which helps make information track correction. Lastly, interpolation algorithm-Digital Differential Analyzer in the svstem is oresented
