摘  要:目的 研究锰超氧化物歧化酶 (MnSOD)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法 (ABC法 )对 5 0例NSCLC和 15例远离肿瘤的正常肺组织中MnSOD蛋白的表达状况进行检测 ,分析其在NSCLC和正常肺组织中表达以及与肿瘤大小、病理分级、组织学类型、淋巴结转移及临床分期的关系。结果 MnSOD在正常肺组织表达阳性率 (10 0 % ) ,在NSCLC组织中表达阳性率为 70 % ,较正常肺组织明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;MnSOD阳性表达率与肿瘤T分期有关 ,T3~ 4组MnSOD表达阳性率 4 7.83% ,明显低于T1~ 2 组阳性表达率 88.89% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与病理分级、细胞类型、临床分期临床分期及有无淋巴结转移无关。结论 NSCLC肿瘤组织中MnSOD表达阳性率明显低于正常肺组织MnSOD表达阳性率 ,在NSCLC病人MnSOD表达阳性率T3~ 4组明显低于T1~ 2 组 ,提示MnSOD在肺癌发生发展中可能起抑制样作用 ,并可用于判断NSCLC生长侵袭能力。Objective: To study the expression of MnSOD in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their relationship with tumor biological characteristics.Methods: 50 NSCLC tissue and 15 normal lung tissue were used to detect the expression of MnSOD with an immunohistochemical method(ABC method).Results:The positive rate of MnSOD was 70% in NSCLC tissue but 100% expressed in normal lung tissue. The expression of MnSOD in NSCLC tissue was lower than that in normal tissue(P<0.05). The expression of MnSOD was declined as tumor progressed. The positive rate in T 3~4 (47.83%) was lower than in T 1~2(88.89%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The down-regulation of MnSOD expression in NSCLC tissue suggests that MnSOD may play an important role in the pathogenesis of NSCLC. It may be a tumor-suppression factor in NSCLC and be estimated as to the ability of NSCLC's growth.
