摘　　要：利用多媒体计算机和计算机网络开展网络教育已经成为现代教育技术应用的重要内容之一 ,它给教育带来了巨大的变革。开展网上远程教育是教育和教学技术手段上的一项创新 ,高等院校要以网络技术的飞速发展为契机 ,及时转变教学观念 ,要从教学思想、教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学评价等方面 ,形成新的教学机制和教学模式 。The application of multimedia computers and networks in the field of education is one of the important achievements of modern educational technology and great changes have taken place in this area. Distant on-line instruction is an innovation of educational technology. Institutions of higher learning should seize the precious opportunity to reform the conceptions, goals, materials, procedures and evaluation of teaching so as to develop a new mechanism and pattern to keep pace with the rapid development of society.
