摘 要:结肠测压是广泛使用的评价消化道功能的检查手段 ,对结肠运动障碍疾病的诊断有较高的价值 ,是其他检查手段不可替代的。但是由于测量肠道压力都是介入性检查 ,实施起来很不方便 ,且影响因素较多 ,所以对结果的分析还需要不断积累经验。本文对实际采集的结肠压力信号进行功率谱密度分析 ,并与结肠的基本功能相对照。分析结果表明 ,结肠压力信号中包含着与结肠动力性能相对应的重要特征信息 。Colonic manometry is a widely used method to evaluate functions of the alimentary tract and is most valuable to the diagnosis of the colonic functions. It can't be substituted by any other means. But the measurement of intestinal pressure is not very convenient because of the intervening of the manometry and there are many factors that affect the result. Therefore, experience is needed to made good analysis. We dealt with the colonic pressure data by analyzing its power spectral density(PSD). The PSD is compared with the basic colonic functions. It's concluded that the colonic pressure data contain important feature information corresponding to the colonic dynamics functions, which contributes to further research of colonic motility with colonic pressure data.
