摘  要:目的 研究体内、外氩氦靶向治疗对肺癌细胞的灭活作用。方法 观察氩氦刀对体外培养的肺癌细胞、实验动物及肺癌患者,治疗前后温度响应曲线、病理等方面的变化。结果 体外实验发现氩氦刀在空气 及水中均有快速降温及升温作用,在水中能快速形成冰球及融化冰球。氩氦刀对体外培养的肺癌细胞有明显的破坏作用,在人体中也证实能灭活肺癌细胞,在1个月内,肿瘤细胞呈凝固性坏死,在3个月后则被纤维组织代替。动物实验可见,氩氦刀在肌肉组织中快速形成冰球。结论 氩氦刀有快速升、降温作用,体内、外均能灭活肺癌细胞。Objective To study the deactivation of lung cancer cells by targeted Ar-He cryosurgical system. Methods The cryoprobe temperature and iceball formation were observed in air, water and rabbit liver during cryosurgery. The further study focused on postcryopathology in vitro cultured lung cancer cells and biopsy from patients. Results The temperature changed rapidly down to - 130℃ in 5 seconds in the probe tip during cryotherapy and iceball formed in a short time in water and rabbit liver. And the iceball could be melt in a short time when Helium was working. The lung cancer cells could be destroyed not only in vitro but also in patients. Coagulation necrosis could be found in less 1 month and lesion fi-brosis in more than 3 months post cryoablation in patients with lung cancer. Conclusion Targeted Ar-He cryosurgical system was proved to decrease and increase temperature immediately in the tip of cryoprobe. Iceball could be found in water, rabbit liver and lung mass. Pathologically, lung cancer cells could be deactivated by Ar-He cryotherapy.
