复发性口疮患者细胞免疫功能的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨复发性口疮 (recurrentaphthousulcer,RAU)的发生与细胞免疫之间的关系 ,为RAU的免疫制剂治疗提供理论依据。 方法　选择 4 5例临床确诊为RAU的患者 ,用间接免疫荧光法检测患者发作期外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群。 结果　RAU实验组患者CD3 细胞、CD4细胞、CD4/CD8的比值均下降 ,CD8细胞明显升高 ,且与正常对照组有明显差异。 结论　RAU患者在发作期的细胞免疫功能处于低下状态 ,提示在治疗中应给予一定的免疫增强剂。Objective This experiment is to study the relationship between the recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU) and cell-mediated immunity in order to make an theoretical base for the immune therapy for RAU.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood collected from 45 RAU patients.Results The result showed that CD 3,CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 decreased remarkably (P<0.05) and CD 8 increased significantly(P<0.05)in RAU patients who was in the period of attack.Conlusion RAU patients' cell immunity function was immunosuppression,so we should use some immunoenhancements for RAU patients.
