白星冷超声乳化技术初步探讨

摘　　要：目的 :对比使用和不使用白星超乳技术的超声乳化手术效果 ,初步探讨白星冷超乳技术的优点。方法 :在随机选择的 5 0例白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶体植入手术的病人中 ,按有无使用白星技术而分为A、B两组。A组为未使用白星技术 ,B组为使用白星技术。结果 :两组病例在术后视力及角膜散光变化等方面无明显统计学差异 ,但术后角膜内皮细胞减少的数目有所不同 ,A组为 63 6±43 8个 /mm ,B组为 43 0± 2 63个 /mm ,经t检验两者有统计学差异 ,P <0 0 5 ,并且B组病例中平均使用的能量也仅为A组的 5 0 %。结论 :使用白星技术时所要的超声能量较不使用该技术时少 ,术中前房稳定性非常好 ,其平静而有效的超声乳化能量可以达到更完美乳化摘除白内障的效果 ,术后角膜内皮细胞减少也较少。因此 ,这一技术值得在临床上推广使用。Objective:To Compare the effect of phacoemulsification with or without White Star technique and study the benefits of White Star technique for phacoemulsification. 50 cases of phacoemulsificaton and intraocular lens implantation were picked up in random for analysis,which were divided into Group A without white star technique and Group B using white star technique. Results:There were not significant statistic differences in vision and cornea transparency(P>0.05).But the difference in corneal endothelial cell loss between group A (636±438 cells/mm) and group B (430±263 cells/mm) was statistically significant(P<0.05).The energy used in the cases of group B was as 50% as that of group A. Conclusions:White Star technique is with less endothelial cell loss.
