摘  要:目的 探讨选择性破坏胰腺A细胞的模型大鼠骨骼肌运动终板胆碱能神经的变化。方法 选用硝酸钴和利血平选择性破坏大鼠胰腺A细胞 ,观察了模型大鼠外周胆碱能神经终末在骨骼肌运动终板的变化。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,硝酸钴模型大鼠组表现为骨骼肌运动终板VAChT免疫反应明显减弱 ,利血平组明显增强。结论 这种内源性乙酰胆碱的变化可能与胰腺A细胞损伤有关 ,提示胆碱能神经除受其上级中枢调节外 ,还受某些内分泌细胞的影响。Objective To study the alteration of the cholinergic nerves in injured islet A cell of the rat. Methods We selected Co(NH 3) 2·6H 2O and Phenethyldiguanide to selectively destroy islet A cell to study the changes of cholinergic nerves of the periphery nerve motor end plate of skeleton muscle. Results Vesicular acetylcholine transporter (VAChT) immunohistochemistry reaction decreased obviously in Co (NH 3) 2·6H 2O s group, and increased obviously in Phenethyldiguanides group compared with normal control. Conclusion Acetylcholine may have relation to injured islet A cell. This phenomenon pointed out that cholinergic neuron has been adjusted by higher level centre, and by some endocrine cells too.
