摘　　要：目的 :探讨前哨淋巴结活检 (sentinellymphnodebiopsy ,SLNB)预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结 (axillarylymphnode ,ALN)转移的临床价值及提高其准确性的方法。方法 :本组 36例临床ALN阴性的乳腺癌患者 ,用 1%美蓝染色 ,行前哨淋巴结 (sentinellymphnode ,SLN)活检 ;随后行腋窝淋巴结清扫 (axillarylymphnodedissection ,ALND) ,将SLN做连续病理切片检查。结果 :36例中 ,检出SLN 34例 ,其中 32例的SLN可准确预测ALN转移状态。结论 :应用美蓝进行SLNB预测ALN转移的方法简单、准确 。Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) to predict the axillary lymph node (ALN) metastasis of the breast cancer and tostudy the methods to rise its accurate rate. Methods: 36 cases of primary breast cancer patients with clinical ALN negative were injected 1% methylene blue and taken SLAB, then ALN was dissected. The successive pathological section of SLN were detected after operation. Results: 34 of 36 cases were detected with SLN,among which 32 cases SLN had predicted ALN metastasis. Conclusion: The mothod to predict the status of metastasis of ALN in breast cancer by SLNB with methylene blue is simple and exact and has a great clinical significance in practice.
