摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年人胃癌的围手术期处理 ,提高手术安全性。方法 :回顾分析 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月 14 0例 6 5岁以上胃癌患者的围手术期处理。结果 :本组并发症发生率为 16 .5 % ,围手术期死亡率为 1.5 %。结论 :老年胃癌患者常有各种合并症 ,加强围手术期处理可提高手术安全性 ,减少并发症 。Objective: To discuss the management of perioperative period in elderly patients with gastric carcinoma and to improve the security of the operation. Methods: From July 1997 to October 2001,140 cases of more than 65 years old were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The complication rate was 16.5% and mortality rate was 1.5%. Conclusion: The elderly patients with gastric carcinoma frequently may have coexistent diseases. Strenthening the management of perioperative period can improve the security of the operation and reduce the postoperative complication and decrease the mortality rate.
