摘　　要：目的 :探讨结直肠癌性穿孔的诊治方法。方法 :回顾分析总结 16例结直肠癌性穿孔病例。结果 :本组死亡 5例 ,脓毒症、急性呼吸衰竭是最主要死因。结论 :及时诊断。Objective: To discuss the principles of diagnosis and treatment of the obstruction and perforation in colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods: Sixteen patients with of obstruction and perforation in colorectal adenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Operative mortality occurred in 5 of 16 cases.The patients died of sepsis and ARDS. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and treatment could decrease the mortality of the patients with obstruction and perforation in colorectal adenocarcinoma.
