摘　　要：目的　探讨超声对体表软组织实质性肿块的诊断价值及病理基础。方法　对 77例体表软组织肿块进行超声诊断并与病理对照。结果　超声对病变检出率为 10 0 %,超声与病理对照符合率为 76.6%( 5 9 77)。结论　超声诊断软组织肿块检出率高 ,可作为诊断此病的首选方法 ,但对肿块定性有局限性 。Objective To investigate the Value and Pathologic base of ultrasound diagnosis in Soft tissue solid masses.Meth ods 77 cases diagnosed by ultrasound were proved by surgical and biopsy pathology. Results Diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound in soft tissue masses was 100%,and the accuracy was 76.6% (59/77) compared with pathology.Conclusion Ultrasound had a high TP in soft tissue mass diagnosis. Biopsy was necessary before operation because there were still Some limitations for gualitative diagnosis of tumor.
