摘　　要：目的　探讨超声引导下经皮门静脉穿刺栓塞化疗的可行性。方法　对 2 0例原发性肝癌患者 ( 10例原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓 ) ,在HIFU及全身化疗的基础上进行治疗性门静脉栓塞化疗。结果　 2 0例患者无 1例发生门静脉周围药物漏出、肝包膜下及腹腔内出血、穿刺后感染及气胸等并发症。Objective To explore the possibility of Ultrasound-guided percutaneous intraportal chemotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer with portal embolism. Methods 10 patients suffered from primary hepatic carcinoma with portal tumor embolism, and the other 10 primary hepatic carcinoma patients without portal embolism, were treated by percutaneous intraportal chemotherapy. This treatment was scheduled after high intensity focused ultrasound ablation and chemotherapy. Results There is no complication in 20 patients, which include drug leakage around portal vein, infection hemorrhage under hepatic integument or in cavum abdominis, and areothrox et al. Conclusion It's a sample, safe and efficient method to treat the portal tumor embolism by percutaneous intraportal chemotherapy.
