摘　　要：目的 :探讨毛喉萜 (Forskolin)的抗胃癌作用。方法 :采用MTT比色法、克隆形成法观察Forsko lin对SGC 790 1细胞的作用 ,利用免疫细胞化学方法检测其对rasp2 1、p5 3蛋白表达的影响。结果 :Fors kolin可明显抑制SGC 790 1细胞增殖 ,经Forskolin处理细胞 3d后 ,rasp2 1、p5 3蛋白表达均有明显下降 ,P <0 0 1。结论 :Forskolin能明显抑制人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞增殖 ,其作用可能与降低rasp2 1、p5 3蛋白表达有关。Objective To investigate the effects of forskolin on SGC 7901 cells.Methods The growthinhibiting of SGC 7901 cells in vitro were measured by MTT assay and colonic assay.Immunocytochemical methods were used to detect the expression of rasp21 protein and p53 protein after treatment with forskolin.Results Forskolin had the remarkable growthinhibiting on SGC 7901 cells,and it was found that expression of rasp21 protein and p53 protein in SGC 7901 decreased after forskolin treatment for 3 days.Conclusions Forskolin is able to inhibit SGC 7901 cells growth,and the effects may be down expression of rasp21 protein and p53 protein in SGC 7901.
