OKT10在淋巴瘤及多发性骨髓瘤淋巴细胞的表达

摘　　要：本文利用OKT10检测了18例多发性骨髓瘤及35例恶性淋巴瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞,发现多发性骨髓瘤和非何杰金淋巴瘤患者OKT10阳性细胞均显著高于对照组,其改变与血清β_2微球蛋白水平无关。35 patients with malignant lymphoma and 18 patients with multiple mycloma were investigated for expression of OKT10in pherpheral blood. A significant incresing of OKT 10 positive cells was found in most of patients (26/30, 16/18 cases respectively) with Non-Hodgekin's Lymphoma(NIIL) and Multiple myeloma(MM). The inereasing of OKT10 positive cells is related to the degrce of malignaency of patients with NIIL from low-grade to high-wade. No relationship between serum beta-2-microglobulin and OKT10 positive cells in patients with NIIL and MM was also found.
