摘　　要：目的 探讨MR扫描对环形强化脑脓肿的诊断价值。方法 经手术或临床抗感染治疗证实的环形强化脑脓肿19例,男11例,女8例,年龄7～60岁。所有病例均行MR平扫及增强扫描。结果　所有脓肿壁上均有一光滑的低信号“暗带”,增强扫描见脓肿壁呈厚度均匀的环状强化,内缘光滑,脑脓肿的MRI表现有一定特征性,尤其“暗带”最具特征性。结论 MR对环形强化脑脓肿的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis ofcircle-surrounded brain abscess. Methods 19 cases of circle-surroundedbrain abscess,confirmed with surgery or therapy against inflammation,were studied.The patients were aged from 6 to 60 years.Routineand contrast-enhanced MRI was employed to examine the patients.Results On the wall of the brain abscess in all the cases,there wasa smooth“dark belt”with low signal.Contrast-enhanced scanningrevealed that the wall of the abscess was thickened with circularintensification.The inner edge was smooth.The MRI features ofbrain abscess were quite specific especially the presence of the“dark belt”. Conclusion MRI plays an important role in thediagnosis of brain abscess.
