胃癌术前T分期影像学比较研究——多层螺旋CT、超声内镜、经腹超声与病理对照

摘　　要：目的 通过与病理对照,比较多层螺旋CT、超声内镜、经腹超声对胃癌术前T分期影像学检查中的价值。方法 对65例病理活检证实的胃癌患者术前分别行多层螺旋CT、超声内镜、经腹超声并与手术病理对照。结果 多层螺旋CT、内镜超声和经腹超声检查的术前T分期正确率分别为T1(78%、85%、75%),T2(75%、80%、33%),T3(85%、82%、70%),T4(90%、70%、30%),三者参数间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT与内镜超声检查对于胃癌术前T分期的价值高于经腹超声。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of multisliceCT (MSCT),endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)and transabdominalultrasonography (TUS) in the preoperative T-staging of gastriccancers. Methods 65 pathologically confirmed cases of gastriccancer were examined with MSCT,EUS and TUS preoperatively andthe findings were compared with the pathological features.ResultsThe accuracy of T-staging was 78%,85% and 75% in T1 grade,75%,80% and 33% in T2 grade,85%,82% and 70% in T3 grade and90%,70% and 30% in T4 grade for MSCT,EUS and TUS respectively.There was significant difference of the diagnostic accuracy in T-staging of gastric cancers among MSCT,EUS and TUS(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT and EUS are comparative more accurate in thedetermination of T-staging of gastric cancers.
